We aim to ship your order in 1-2 working days, in the unlikely event this is not possible you will be informed immediately.
If your order hasn't arrived within the expected time frame, please see the tracking number on your 'order shipped' confirmation email to obtain your parcels wereabouts - If you have opted for a tracked service.
It is the responsibility of the customer to supply us with a correct postal address - additional charges resulting from postal address errors will be the responsibility of the customer.
Once your order has been dispatched we cannot amend postal address on the order.
We are confident that you will receive your Instinct UK products on time and in perfect condition, but if you do come across any unforeseen issues, please complete the return request form below and we will let you know how to process your return.
Changed your mind/Wrong Size?
Please return the item/s to us with all packaging, original tickets and in perfect condition within 28 days to receive an exchange or refund.
You will be responsible for returning the item to us. Ideally, obtain a tracking number via a 'signed for' service at the post office. We can only issue a refund or exchange once we receive the returned goods back in store.
PLEASE NOTE: We cannot accept returns or exchanges of customised items.
Faulty or incorrect?
Please contact our customer service team via the returns form above.
Please contact us immediately and within 14 days to report the fault and we can make arrangements for a replacement or refund accordingly.
Refunds: All refunds will be returned via the payment method of purchase. Refunds may take up to 10 days to show in your account, but are usually much quicker.
Please note: Postage Costs are non refundable
EARRINGS: Unfortunately, due to hygiene reasons we cannot except the return of earrings.
International Returns: Duties, Taxes and postage costs occurring from international purchases/returns are non refundable.
